He has an excellent bedside manner and quickly builds rapport with his patients and their parents. Dr. Pip’s background working in the pediatric ER is a differentiator so there is very little he hasn’t already seen. This allows him to effectively and efficiently get to the root cause of an ailment without additional churn or guessing games. In short, he knows what he’s doing and he’s great at it! When our 6 year old was only a few days old, Dr. Pip identified a “potential” issue with his heart and quickly referred us to a specialist to be on the safe side. The “potential” issue turned out to be a very real one requiring our son to have open heart surgery. During our time at the hospital, the medical staff were so amazed that our pediatrician identified something so subtle that may have been easily missed. We are forever grateful!
